Aluminum material products.

A material in which an aluminum ingot is rolled with multiple rotating rolls finished to a specified thickness and formed into a plate shape. As a familiar item, it is a thin plate with a thickness of less than 6 mm and is used for various purposes such as trailer body outer panel and beverage cans such as beer.

Long processed products can be made by extruding a cylindrical ingot by applying strong pressure to a die with a hole in the desired shape. Even products with complex cross-sectional shapes can be easily produced in a single extrusion process. It is used in large quantities in residential sashes and other structural materials for rolling stock.

After the extrusion process has been completed, pipes with good dimensional accuracy can be made by pulling them through a narrow hole in the die at room temperature without heating. Highly accurate pipe products are used for photoconductor drums for office automation equipment.

The surface of the plate material is coated with a resin-based coating that is continuously baked and coated. It has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, workability, and printability, and is used for roof wall materials, parabolic antennas and blinds. It is also used in car license plates.

By continuously drawing, the product is made by winding the tube into a coiled. Compared to standard pipe materials, it is easier to use, which helps to reduce costs. Used for car air conditioner piping.
